Winefat makes every effort to ensure that all products sold are of high quality and we take customer satisfaction seriously.

Wines and spirits age and mature in different ways within the bottles and it is beyond our control on top of all reasonable attempts that we could ensure the good condition of the wine. Hence, we cannot accept returns for any wines should they be corked, tainted or fatigued in any way and we shall not bear any liability based on subjective judgements of wine taste or drinkability.
